Australia's Sights

Australia, the worlds sight seeing capital or so the locals will claim. From the most
known about sights to the one's you may just stumble across. Australia is full of
some amazing places to see and visit.

They don't come bigger then the Great Barrier Reef. The largest coral reef in the
world is located just off Queensland, it is home to the most spectacular eray of
colorful coral and marine creatures. As well as the most inviting islands with warm
tropical weather, crystal clear water, lots of exciting water activities and of course
many a cocktail for you to sip on whilst relaxing on the beach.

If the beach isn't quite your thing then whilst in Queensland you might want to go
a little further inland and visit the Daintree Forest. Australia's most famous
Rainforest.

If you are stopping in Sydney you can't go past the Sydney Harbour Bridge, here you can go on a tour walking along the Bridge and over the harbour. The Sydney Harbour Bridge is also where the best fire works display in Australia is held over New Years  Eve. Or whilst in Sydney you may want to visit the Opera House, Australia's most famous icon. Or if you are wanting to go for a dip in the ocean, head on over to Bondi Beach. One of Australia's best known beaches this is the first place all the celebrities head to whilst in Australia. This beach is so famous and can be so busy that they have made a reality TV show based on it's life savers.

Heading to central Australia and into the dessert, go straight to Uluru better known as Ayres Rock. A sacred Indigenous Australian sight, and the most visited place in the Northern Territory. Central Australia is better known as the Red Centre.

For crystal clear quiet beaches go to North Western Australia. The coral coast is
on the North coast of Western Australia, one of the few places you can see red
dirt go right up to the ocean. Ningaloo Reef is also home to the Whale Shark
one of the largest and most majestic marine creatures, during certain months
you are welcome to go swimming with them on a guided tour.

Whilst in Western Australia you can head south to Bremer Bay, home to the
whitest sand in the world. Squeky clean sand and crystal clear water in a small
town that only the locals know about. A fantastic way to unwind on an uncrowded
beach.

Australia is known for some of the best wine growing regions in the world. Many
people like to take wine tasting tours through Australia. The best places to visit
are the Hunter Valley in New South Wales, the Yarra Valley in Victoria, the Barossa
Valley in South Australia and Margaret River in Western Australia.

There are so many sights to be seen in Australia and the best way is to come and
spend some time exploring them yourself.
