Internship Program Features

All internships are custom-designed, so applicants can choose the following:

• Start date – all year round
• Duration – 5 weeks to 26 weeks (visa permitting)
• Location – any city in Australia
• Industry – almost any industry
• Internships can be designed to meet university requirements

 
Criteria

• 18 – 30 years old
• Must have an English language level equivalent to IELTS 5.5 (upper intermediate)
• Must have a minimum of 1 years study in chosen internship field
• Must have valid visa  

 
Internships can be undertaken on the following visas:

• Working Holiday Visa
• Work & Holiday Visa
• Student Visa
• 416 Visa
• Australian Permanent Residency

 
Packaged Programs:

• English + Internship
• Monash Professional is able to arrange packaged programs consisting of an English course prior to the internship placement. Course length will vary according to the needs of each applicant.

 
Preparation for the Workplace Course

We run a one week course designed to specifically prepare applicants for their
upcoming internship. The course deals with topics such as Occupational Health and
Safety and Australian workplace procedures.
